This one-star rating is not for the doctor — on the contrary, the doctor is wonderful and very respectful. However, the staff responsible for scheduling patient appointments are not qualified for their jobs. They gave me an appointment, called me, sent me the confirmation, and I even took time off work and drove an hour. But when I arrived, they told me my appointment wasn’t today. When I showed them the message and the confirmed date, they said the doctor wasn’t available. This caused me to take time off work for nothing. Please reconsider evaluating the staff responsible for scheduling. Thank you.

I own Sun Pool and Spa Supply in Lakeside. I have rented from Keith, Kroeger for going on 4 years. In my 47 years of business I have never had a better landlord than Keith and Kroeger Property management .

My boyfriend and I have lived in one of the properties for a year now and we really like it. Whenever we have an issue, they have always come, same-day to fix it. They keep the property clean and beautifully maintained. The employees are so friendly both, on the property and at the office.

I applied for an apartment with this company and I must say that the experience was quick and easy. I ended up getting the apartment. And after being here at the Mission Villa property over a year I still love it. The complex management is wonderful to work with

They were unprofessional, rude and unlawful. Yesterday after inquiring about a property, everything was going normal until they asked what kind of dog do I have. Next they denied me a rental because I have a disability that requires me to have an ESA. I have all current paperwork and I have been diagnosed, evaluated and prescribed by several California Licensed therapist. This violates the Americans with Disability Act title 2. Fair housing Act of 1988 and section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. I was discriminated against because I have a disability that requires me to have an ESA., totally wrong.
