I want to give a huge shoutout and thank you to the staff they are always soo nice and they are super festive. I just attended the christmas breakfast they did for all the tenants and everything was great thank you so much to all the staff. I wanna say a huge thank you to Chris as well for dressing up and being so sweet and festive keeping up the spirits

From the very first interaction, Christopher was warm, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable about the property. He took the time to walk us through every detail, answered all of our questions with confidence, and made us feel genuinely valued as future residents. The entire leasing process was seamless. Christopher communicated clearly and consistently throughout every step, making sure we always knew what to expect next. I usually don’t write reviews, but this one is a must. It has been a true pleasure meeting Chris and Irene. Chris is absolutely amazing. I witnessed firsthand his dedication and passion for ensuring his tenants are happy. His genuine personality lights up hearts, and his strong work ethic is impossible to miss. I love that he takes pride in everything he does, and that pride truly makes a difference.

While visiting The law office of Rick Guerra, we were greeted during the holiday with smiles and breakfast. What a lovely staff and so very kind! My uncle was treated so nice during a nervous time of the year for him. Thank you for being such a wonderful property. This was a treat!! Happy holiday music, breakfast, & the Grinch had a big geart!!

No matter what the task, or their job position, KRM staff always try to take care of their tenants. Anytime I need care, Sheila, Juan, Johnny the cleaning ladies and especially Christopher and Irene are always there to resolve issues quickly...and they follow up to make sure that it is done properly. Thank you KRM, I appreciate your dedication to the tenants in your properties. It does not go unnoticed.
