Maintenance and the property manager does absolutely nothing at Village East Apartments in East Windsor, NJ. Several tenants are very unhappy here. Multiple things on the lease that we agree with are not being handled. Let’s start with the absolute terrible parking situation. We have no life because we have to get back at a decent time to find parking. No reserved, guests come first. Several broken down cars that have been here for 5+ years are still parked in spots taking up spaces. Some tenants have way more than 2 cars to an apartment. They have had tow notices on them and they have never been towed. It’s a mechanic shop outside with people fixing their cars. Nonresidents are on the property digging through trash. Dog owners that don’t live here make the property a park. Multiple rodent

Avoid Kriegman & Smith, Inc at All Costs! Dealing with Kriegman & Smith has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a property management company. The staff is beyond unprofessional — they are rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in basic communication skills. If you’re expecting respect or timely responses, think again. Emails and calls go unanswered for days or even weeks, and when you finally do hear back, the tone is condescending and outright disrespectful. It’s clear that customer service is not a priority for this company. The way they speak to tenants is unacceptable — cold, arrogant, and degrading. They show zero empathy or willingness to help resolve issues, and you’re often made to feel like a burden simply for asking questions or requesting assistance. Do yo

We’ve been at Hanover Glen since 2008. The apartments are spacious, clean, well-maintained inside & out and the people tend to be mostly older folks who live in peace. Parking is not random or cluttered, but rather in garages and additional marked areas. Maintenance is regular and the entire grounds are always looking good. Appliances are maintained well and replaced regularly when needed. Management is considerate and easily approachable and the maintenance person is always ready to respond to any calls for any needs pertaining to keeping the grounds looking good and taking care of emergency maintenance needs, should they occur. The buildings & apartments are safe and kept thar way. Living at Hanover Glen is both comfortable and pleasurable always! We love living here…and we believe that

i have been a very happy resident for almost 9 years now. The only issues that I have a Park Lane Apts in Little Falls, is 1. The parking lot is full of potholes, my 92 year old father tripped and fell because of one( Thankfully no injuries) but will not walk in the parking lot anymore. 2. The complex is desperate for a paint job, looks terrible. I have sent emails the the Landlord company with no response . Most importantly fill up the pot holes. You should rent at Kriegman and Smith only if you don’t care about receiving replies to maintenance requests -for the past month, after having submitted a request with no response online, I have called, left voicemails, spoke to an employee on the phone, and texted another employee (not sure of his title-he isn’t the building super but may be the super overseeing multiple proprieties) -and I have received no help. I don’t expect a maintenance request to be addressed right away -but I at least expect an answer after a month. The property is far too expensive for there to be no customer service.
