KRC Alderwood Trails

The apartment is in a good location, close to shopping and transportation. The staff is friendly, helpful, and responsive. The property is kept clean and the grounds are well-maintained.

The management is amazing. Despite the property is quite vintage but the management is so professional that in a very short period of time they will make the house feel like home. They have gone above and beyond the rules if needed to help you. I am from building 57 and for last 5 years I have been very happy and comfortable to be a part of the KRC Alderwood family.

I been here more than 8 years and I am very happy and the manager is very sweet. I can commend to everyone to live at Alderwood.

I moved into my apartment here in August when I relocated to Atlanta to pursue PhD studies. Because I was moving from another country, I was unable to visually inspect the apartments in which I was interested. At the time, this complex seemed ideal in that it was in an interesting, diverse neighborhood and close to the MARTA station. Now, five months after moving in, I can honestly say that KRC Alderwood Trails is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced anywhere in the world. I can verify that the complex does have a great deal of diversity. Within a few hours of moving in, I encountered American, German and Oriental cockroaches in and around my unit, all interacting in perfect harmony. Wildlife is also abundant and encouraged to closely interact with people through the leaving of food items
