Met Brie at St George office yesterday, re auto pay resolution. She was delightful, knowledgeable and a genuinely nice gal. She solved issue quickly. She’s definitely a keeper! (And it was her birthday too). Thank you very much Brie!

K&R took over our HOA contract at the beginning of this year. Dennis (account manager) was great, but our HOA is a small fish (38 units) in a big pond and the corporate side of K&R was not great. We soon found out that K&R took our funds from our local bank and moved them to their bank in California at the beginning of the year without approval from the board. We decided at that point that we would leave K&R and move the operations in-house. When we told K&R of our plans to leave, K&R responded immediately with a "termination letter" that communicated clearly that all ties would be severed on January 1st of 2026 and all help or assistance from K&R would not be given. I need to add an additional review for my recent interaction with April in the St George Tonaquint HOA. She retuned my call promptly, she was very professional, friendly and took care of our needs like a champion! I also appreciated her call after the issue was completed to keep me informed. She’s as asset for the company.

Richie went above and beyond to help me pay my HOA. He took the payment I was ready to pay and then helped me set up an ACH. He even let me borrow his reading glasses so I could see better. Haha! I’ve never had anyone offer that before. Great service!
