I wanted to write a review for Kelly from KPL Select who helped us get a loan. We had to go through quite a lot and Kelly was always there to answer questions or find another solution. Her staff is very friendly and helpful. They made what was not a walk a in the park come off nicely. I really appreciated the transparency and care in pushing the cycle through. Thank you for the excellent work. It was professional and gotten to a good product.

This company is a straight out NO!! DO NOT DO NOT AND DO NOT! They want tenants in their buildings but will make sure they milk as much money out of you as possible!! Be careful when signing your contract, they might add fees from other buildings you don’t even live in. I suggest you go look somewhere less but with this company! They charge you triple the time of what the actual fee is for any repairs, and they will charge you for any repairs, even the very minimum repairs will be billed to you.. for your own good and the sake of your pockets DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER THESE PEOPLE!!!

This is the second loan I’ve done through KPL and they are the only ones I would consider using in the future. I am self employed in a business severely affected by the pandemic, I own investment properties also affected by the pandemic and have many varied and unusual sources of income which is very complicated. The lenders are relentless in requiring documentation and proof of income and letters of explanation for everything. With the help of Kelly and Julie, I was able to navigate all of these very difficult requirements. The thing I noticed was that when the bank or I was asking for something that was difficult or unusual that I wasn’t sure could be done, Kelly, instead of being discouraged or annoyed, would simply say something like “ok, let’s figure it out” and she would come up with

NEVER rent anything from these clowns. I don’t even know where to start. It’s literally like dealing with a bunch of children. They have NO idea how to do anything. They don’t respond to emails, they don’t respond to calls, they don’t fix anything, they raise rent by 10% at a time, they leave the buildings disgusting with no maintanance at all. The building we live in used to be great. Everything was always clean and taken care of immediately. The owner let these clowns run it and they’ve done absolutely NOTHING but have everyone move out. Alex and Mariel are rude, unprofessional and honestly dumb, do yourself a favor and avoid dealing with them. You will thank me later. DO NOT APPLY TO THIS COMPANY! they are slumlords who only take applicants money. They want to collect as much application fees with no intention to even respond. They are incompetent. DO NOT speak to the receptionist to their office she is rude and a waste of time.
