Cape Coral is absolutely hands down Koogler Country. If you want a custom home built look NO further. This company/contractor is the best you can get. Recently had my new home completed with Koogler and he was the right choice. His teams are at the top of their game and the coordination of all components you need for a smooth build is all under one roof. We couldn’t be happier with our new custom home. Loving it. Thank you to all the Koogler team. We appreciated you all.

We contracted with koogler homes after finding the floor plan we wanted. From the beginning koogler has been great. They have listened to us and have been very responsive. They built us a beautiful home. We moved in March 29, 2023. They still keep in touch and still respond when we report anything. Even after warranty. They have been great to work with. If we were to build again we would definitely go with koogler homes.

The staff is incredibly accommodating and genuinely gives the attention to each guest and client as needed. They are willing to take the time to detail their entire process which is unique and as custom as the show stopping custom homes they design here in Cape Coral. If you are looking for the trophy house of your dreams there is none finer than Koogler for the job.

The work is great, just noticed how he handles the groups that make his work a reality. Not professional to be yelling at the crews when something is wrong. Simply state whats wrong and have them fix it. Short tempers are not looked upon.

Very nice people, but the land lord needs to fix his building. This entire plaza is not handicap accessible if you're wheel chair bound. Which is illegal mind you.
