Might need to check out Michael Johnson he’s very unfit for the company. Has very terrible customer service, don’t buy homes from this company unless you plan on making a thorough inspection of every one of their houses you look at. Feels like they just want to half ah build as many houses as they can knowing damn well the longevity of those houses are very short. They fall apart during hurricane season don’t fall for their too good to be true homes.

Very disappointed, floors we selected 6 months ago are on back order. Even our 3rd, 4th, 8th different selection we tried were not available. Plus we were told that Kolter bought in bulk so as to have the product available when the time came. Oh well. Now we might be forced into a floor we do not like or wanted. Im hoping Kolter steps up and makes this situation better snd we can come to some agreement. Update: Floors will be delivered on 25 Oct and we will get what we ordered without any more delay other than about 3 weeks, not too bad.
