Koko/Luau Apartments

I still live here. I got it through housing. I like it it's about like any other Apartment Building. You got to go with the flow just like you would anywhere else if you don't like it move. I like it cuz it's convenient to a lot of stores nearby and restaurants

Although an older complex, my dearest friend lived here years ago and I thought it was adorable then! Property manager and other staff are absolutely amazing! Requests are easy and done in a extremely timely manner! If you are seeking something affordable and off the beaten path yet close to everything you need in Dallas,TX, look no further than Koko/Luau!!

It very zen and inviting because of the plants they take care of and the gazebo gives a comforting look as well. Lots of space to park in back nice people and friendly maintenance workers who do a great job at what they do. Everyone seems happy here for the most part and with that being said I think this would be a nice place to live.

Rats, Roaches, dope fiends and junkies running the halls all day and night. It's very nasty and black mold is in the units. Be careful. Plus the added 300 to 500 non refundable deposit that is not put on the lease for obvious reasons. Don't move here.

That's a nice place to live. They have maintenance on site. People are very easy to get along with. The staff is great.
