As a future resident I wanted to take a moment to commend Emma Brooks, she has already been amazing as I’m getting ready to move in. She’s been super helpful and responsive, answering all my questions quickly and making the whole process feel easy and stress-free. She’s organized, friendly, and you can tell she genuinely cares about making sure everything goes smoothly. The complex also seems like a great place to live clean, well-kept, and really welcoming from what I’ve seen so far. I’m excited to move in soon, and having Emma help along the way has made me feel really confident about choosing this place. SUPER EXCITEDDD !

We had a great experience with Amanda at the property. She was on top of everything and managed the building wonderfully. When she left, we were concerned about who would replace her, but we’re happy to say Jayren has been awesome. Amanda set a high bar, and as great as she was, Jayren has somehow been even better—super responsive, professional, and a real pleasure to deal with.

Came to check out a couple different units with Emma and she did an amazing job with showing us all the different amenities and units. Was very helpful with answering any questions and made us feel very welcomed!

I received prompt responses from the property manager and was able to schedule a same-day virtual tour with Koi’s property manager Jayren, who was happy to show me two units and answer multiple questions from me about the apartments and the surrounding Ballard area. So far, the experience has been professional and very accommodating as someone moving from out of town.

Best building that I have lived, Jayren is so helpful and always keep the common areas clean. Since the new management is in place they upgraded the Gym and set a new rooftop working are that is great!
