Koch Homes

Our experience with Koch Homes has been profoundly disappointing, particularly in regard to the handling of our one-year warranty claim. Despite raising concerns about outstanding items, the repairs conducted were far from satisfactory, leaving us with unresolved issues that should have been addressed promptly. Adding to our frustration, Koch Homes' response to our concerns was disheartening. They directed us to the Quality Builders Warranty booklet provided at the time of home purchase, essentially suggesting that our dissatisfaction was unwarranted. This dismissive approach further amplified our disappointment, as it seemed to downplay the legitimate issues we faced. we recently bought a Koch home in harvest Ridge. we love our new home great craftsmanship, no need to upgrade a lot at all but if you like to upgrade lots of great options. The home comes with a lot of great features. we love our new neighborhood. we looked at other new construction in the area and not even close to Koch. koch has better standard options and much better building quality. I am the second owner of a Koch Home in Anne Arundel County. This home was built in 2003. I am an engineer by degree and training, and am VERY impressed with the quality of materials, construction, and attention to detail that went into the home. You can most tell about the quality of build when you hang wallpaper. Each of the rooms papered were exactly square and plumb. Unusual and happy to see. No corners were cut to save a few cents - the electrical is done with the right gauge wire, I'm just very pleased and hope their quality continues to this day.

During construction, I stopped by with my 4 young children to look at the progress of the home. (We were excited). We were on the sidewalk for less than 5 min and did not attempt to walk through the house. Then a man came over and very rudely asked me who I was and what I was doing there. I politely told him that it was our home and we came to see the progress because the kids were excited. He rudely responded “no it isn’t your home!” When politely questioning his bazar response, he then said aggressively, “this is KOCH homes!”, and told me that it wasn’t our house yet and we weren’t welcome there. He was the site supervisor. Very disappointing! Such poor customer service!! We ended up selling the home and will never buy another Koch home. Too bad because the house was gorgeous and everyo

Best Home builder in Anne Arundel County and maybe Maryland. Quality homes using the best materials. Great salespeople, Accommodating and highly customer oriented. Equivalent to National Brands such as Toll Brothers but with local Maryland roots. Highly recommended
