Koberlin Apartments

My wife and i stayed here for about a year and a half and would have stayed longer only had to move for work. Great location and great place to live. In a perfect location , beside the hospital and just off main street. Maggie the landlady always looked after us and anytime we ever needed anything whether it was any maintenance or coins for the laundry she was always got it looked after for us so fast and was always there to help us. Our apartment was great such a huge amount of space for a very reasonable rent. Can highly recommend Koberlin appts , thanks Maggie for everything 😁👍

These apartments are ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE !!! There are TONS of ROACHES ! The landlord MAGGY DAVIS does not care or have respect for ANY of ner tenants. She lives on property but still manages to be in office . She TERMINATED oir lease because my boyfriend was listening to music while changing our tire knowing we have new born twins !! SHE OPENED OUR APARTMENT WITHOUT NOTICE WALKING IN ON MY NAKED BOYFRIEND WHEN I TOLD HER HE WAS GETTING DRESSED ...... She told my neighbor that shes "GETTING RiD OF ALL THE TRASH AND HE WAS PART OF IT" She had ZERO professional boundaries AND WAS UPMOST IMMATURE I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE ....

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND MOVING HERE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGER CANT EVEN DO HER JOB THE RIGHT WAY , ALSO DOES NOT CARE FOR ABOUT THE PEOPLE WHO LIVES HERE AND THAT HAS KIDS AND BABIES , WOULDN'T FIX ANYTHING TONS OF ROACHES WHEN BEING ASK TO SPRAY OR ANYTHING SHE WOULD SAY “do not text me after hours unless it emergency Maintenance “ AND THEN WHEN WE GO UP TO THE OFFICE SHE NOT THERE !! LIKE WHAT THIS IS RIDICULOUS I NEED THE CORPORATE NUMBER TO THESE APARTMENTS RIDICULOUS ASAP!

Horrible! Manager is beyond unprofessional And rude. Definitely abusing power. Needs to treat people with respect…

Has Lots of Roaches. Some renters are very noisy.
