KNR Property Management

I’ve lived at a property of KNR for two years now. Do NOT sign with them. On top of rent increasing every year, they find a way to charge you for every little thing that would be complementary at other property management companies at ridiculous rates. They unfulfilled promises, for example, when we resigned, they said they would give us reduced rent for a month in exchange for resigning with them and refused to do so when we asked about it. Recently we had a problem where they refused to disclose the price of a damaged countertop they would fix that WE would be paying for, which is very illegal but stated they included it in the lease and threatened with an attorney. Stole almost my entire deposit for "painting." Never sent me proof or receipts for the work. They are crooks. Oh yeah, and they made me pay to get mailbox keys to my own mailbox. What they did should be illegal. A list is not a receipt. Also they claimed they had pictures of the paint damage but never sent them. They are liars.

I'm giving a five star review, knr has been great to us and they are very understanding and when things need to get done they are on it. Thank you for being good to us.

Wanted to thank Sianne O. and Karen Rockhill for doing an excellent job maintaining our property. Those two specifically are fantastic communicators and very timely with their feedback and collaboration. We very much appreciate their honesty and attentiveness to a home we value very much and want to maintain long term.

Lived at Ansley Way for 2 years and enjoyed living there everyday! Loved the Management crew and the maintenance team. Maintenance was quick and clean. Rebecca is very easy to communicate with and super understanding! Overall great experience and would highly recommend living here!
