Knolls At Green Valley Apartments

For two years the management company allows people to store lots of personal “property” in front of several units. It looks like a junk yard or homeless camp. Why don’t they manage the property like they are supposed to so other tenants can enjoy the property without feeling like they live next to a junk yard. The local manager should have been replaced a long time ago.

I have nothing nice to say about the apartment manager. Maintenance staff is helpful and friendly. This place has gone down hill in the past few years.

Watch for children when driving through. These apartments seem to be a good and safe environment. Had a few friends and family live here. Apartment life is not for me , or everyone... Our daughter's and son, both had their first apartments here. No heavy complaints from them. What do I know? I'm just, "Dad " the mover... 😄🤙

I have lived here for about 5 year. The manager With staff, is professional and quick to address any requests/needs. I have to move away in this year because of the distance from my son’s school. Maintenance requests are responded to quickly. Neighbors also take care of each other.In addition to the 2nd floor family, the Bird feces, feed,cigarettes and other garbage are often dropped outside the balcony. I may return to live here again.

Caitlin is prompt when returning your phone calls a long with telling you the reason. The maintenance guy is nice. The grounds are nice & kept up but inside the garage area is unkept resident's throw what ever they want on the floor not in the garbage. It seems pretty quiet since we moved here a month & a half ago.
