Knoll Gardens

I had a very disappointing experience with the staff at Knoll Garden while looking for an apartment. We were only 10 minutes late due to heavy rain and bad weather conditions. Instead of being understanding or even asking us to wait, the agent was extremely rude and bluntly said they could not show the apartment anymore — that was it. There was no offer to reschedule, no suggestion to wait, and no attempt to accommodate us despite the circumstances. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was very upsetting. For anyone searching for an apartment, respectful and understanding service should be expected, and unfortunately, that was not our experience here.

I had the pleasure of touring one of the units at Knoll Gardens with Nicole, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize how wonderful she was throughout the entire experience. Nicole was extremely knowledgeable about the units, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and was very respectful and professional during the tour. Although I ultimately decided to go with another place that was closer to my job, my decision had nothing to do with my experience at Knoll Gardens. Nicole made the tour enjoyable and stress-free, and I truly appreciated her time and attention. If you’re considering renting at Knoll Gardens, I highly recommend asking for Nicole — she was fantastic!

Laurie the regional manager, alongside Nicole has been extremely helpful. Nicole is definitely a point person to go to when inquiring about living here at knoll gardens. Lived here almost 4 years and she’s just amazing. Thanks ladies.

Facilities ignores requests for weeks at a time. Residents found broken glass on main walkway between buildings and called to have it removed, swept it into a pile for facilities. It was never collected. Afterwards, it snowed meaning that sharp glass was buried where it was a hidden hazard. The snow plows people used spread it into the yards where it is now a sharp hazard in the grass. When I called to reiterate the order, I was yelled at and told they weren’t coming after hours to sweep a sidewalk. They said they would add it to a list for the next day. No one ever came.

The parking in this place stinks. 2 car max when people have 4 to 5 and its a storage for these cars. They dont move, ever! One spot definitely needs to be assigned per unit at least. And people parking in handicap are not handicap and nothing is done about it. The rent is through the roof for an old run down place and forget the leasing office. They are mean, nasty women in there who are fired and rehired? Do better! Give one spot per unit. Its not that hard to do. Im sure the employees that live here get a spot and tons of perks and for what? To be nasty to people? It's a joke.
