EDIT!! Knoll Krest sold the property. They owe me and at least 10 other families a $1k visa gift card. New management is saying they know nothing about it. Very dishonest company. REEP properties are awful liars. Fabulous MOVE-IN SPECIALS! Quick easy application and approval process. Had a small maintenance request about the closet light. Maintenance came the next day, bright and early ready to help! Quick, professional, friendly and fast results. We LOVE our new home. We plan on staying here for years. Competitive rent rates. 2 pools, and a gym. Super quiet at night. Clean grounds. A lot of people decorate. Definitely feels like home. ****Update. We renewed our lease here. Home sweet home. What ever you do avoid this place. I paid my rent on time for 4 years straight. They gave me a apartment that was un-repaired the toilets had rust and the bathtub and sinks. The AC was rusted and the place was full of dust even when you replaced the AC filter. The place was always full of roaches. They send pest control but the bugs are coming through the vents. We had raccoons living in the roof. People with pet have the place loaded with poop. Even poop in the parking lot. They harass me sending people over to spy on me coming up with all kinds of lies about they were sending people over for a wellness check because my wife had stage 4 cancer. They gave me the worst time even after I moved constantly harassing me I am a disabled senior citizen.

If I could give 0 stars, I would!!! These apartment complexes are disgusting. They are very much roach-infested, even after a deep clean. I've tried to get rid of them with plenty of resources, but it never works. When I first moved in, a lot of dead roaches came out of cracks that weren't sealed, behind the refrigerator, stove, cabinets, and washer and dryer area. They claim their pest control people came and sprayed, but every time they sprayed, it got worse, so I declined it. After I told them I don't live like this, I'm a very clean person, and they don't care if you have little kids - they just want their money! Please do not live here if you don't want to share it with roaches literally! I don't wish this on my worst enemy. Can't even cook or wake up in the middle of the night withou

New owners- Anterra Group- are on top of everything- maintenance team is above and beyond! Issue with a leak from above, Andrew and Bill came right out for proper repair and, while waiting for drying time, they unclogged drains & garbage disposal (without work orders!), replaced kitchen faucet (leaky and unmovable- did require a WO. Friendly and efficient- grateful tenant ☺️
