Called Keller and Jadd a couple of weeks ago seeking prospective rental properties. I dealt with Carla Mountain, the receptionist. Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, she obviously went way out of her way to provide me with the info and guidance I was interested in. Very rare these days that anyone goes out of their way to help any potential customers, and I just thought that these rare people deserve credit where it's due. Thank you again Carla.

As a rental property owner and landlord, I would never treat my tenants they way I was treated when I rented a property in Las Vegas from Keller N Jadd. The move out process was by far the worst I have ever dealt with. They expect tenants to pay for carpet cleaning and look for every possible way to nickel and dime you until there is hardly any deposit refund back. I'm very careful and take care of places when I rent and there is no excuse for the way they handled that. I would never work with Keller N Jadd.
