Knitting Factory Lofts of Mitchell Park

Today I visited Knitting Factory and Celenese was very helpful and kind. Her professionalism and ability to assist me in filling out forms and answering questions was amazing. She made me feel at ease and welcomed.

I recently toured the Knitting Factory Lofts and met with the new property manager, Cornelius. He was extremely professional and addressed every question I had with clarity and knowledge. He was also very friendly and welcoming to both guests and staff. I even noticed how attentively he interacted with residents and catered to their needs. If my application is accepted, I would be happy to live at this property under his leadership.

Mid management keep all amenities locked can’t use anything even though they make it seems glamours add on during the touring and media room I have never seen, can’t use computer room to do homework after I get off work, gym stays locked. People sleep in the stair way at night I have to make sure I carry protection every time I leave my apartment. NEED better responds time to maintenance request been her 4 months everything I ask for has not yet been done .I’m being charge extra 300 on new portal when I made payment last month already. And carpet and the hallway is disgusting and stinks. These things should be addressed but other then that I love the size of my 3b 2bath and the space. my neighbors are kind and welcoming. This is really not a good place to live, frist the abundance of weed smoking, i have to wear two mask and light 4 candles to not get a contact or asthma attack, four united and oblver smok ever day so sad, the roaches getting worse and trash just nasty. I request a spray and month later still no help. The female manager's act as if they are completely clueless, they will tell you to put an order in but still nothing. Now the back gate has been broke for a week and half, but yet we pay $50 a month to park with a broken down busted gate, i sent a maintenance report on the gate still broken, and I am sure other did as well , but today the gate is still on the grown with parts removed. This is not a safe place to live and as for management wow if I have to rate them big fat F- and they

2 stars due to how fast and easy their website is and how fast I was able to schedule a tour. Unfortunately said tour never happened. I got an automated remainder an hour prior to my appointment. Once I arrived no one answered my calls, the intercom or even my knocks on the door. A tenant that was on her way out stopped by the office to inform them I was outside and was told that they are closed due to being short staffed. Which is understandable if I had gotten a notification so I wouldn’t have been waiting outside in the cold, or even drive out there.
