The truth is, Knight Barry Title is a Solution based title company. I had a situation where my borrowers were married in a different country and divorced in that same country. They had a home here and they were looking to refinance it in order to remove the husband. The original title company that I was working with (FIT) did not accept any of the documents provided for the divorce and I mean none of them even the certified translated documents. They told me to contact an attorney because their underwriter stated the borrowers needed to have a divorce from the US (even though they were never married here in the US..) bottom line I provided Connie Gibson with all the documentation, and they were able to close it for us. They called the county court and reached out to attorneys. I recommend

Connie was very friendly and thorough.. I've heard from other people get ready for a couple hours of signing papers. 😱 It was our 1st purchase of a home and we were out within 45mins!! 😁😁 I highly recommend Knight Barry Title!!
