Great management awesome maintenance people. I love living here they have been nothing but kind. Understanding good people. As long as you are a good tenant as well.

I’m Hakizimana. I wanted to express my gratitude to the management team led by N.Williams and still. They are so amazing and diligent in their duties. I never lacked anything when I requested a work order, and everything was done as quickly as possible. They are always there when you don't have a way out of any request of your contract. Plus, when you're absence of everything or not available, they always work with you so you can be in peace of mind. They truly never let you alone. I would love to recommend every tenant who wants to lease at these apartments to feel at home and at peace. This place is affordable, I was looking for my first apartment and they helped me through every step of the way. They offered everything I needed to start my life on my own. The only complaint I have which isn't knight apartments fault. Nobody picks up there dogs poop. Nobody. Idk maybe I'm crazy for thinking that's common sense to others. Its really like this all around Greeley though. Some areas are cleaner than others but still. This place might not be the place for you if you want peace and quiet! A train goes by 3-4 times a day but personally I love the train!!!

The reason I give it two is because the maintenance was awesome living there, they were always kind and timely when fixing the things we needed fixed. It was also affordable rent so that was nice as well. The reason I can’t give more stars is because the location of the apartments was just awful, sadly nothing the complex can do about it. Had druggies constantly around the building, hanging around the stairs leading up to our apartment, and pretty sure I witnessed multiple drug deals while living there. The residents there are constantly fighting and weed is constantly seeping through our walls/windows due to thin walls and poorly insulated windows. I never felt safe coming home at night and had to call the police twice living there due to weird/criminal activity. To top it off, in the las
