I really enjoy this apartment. I am extremely satisfied. Neighbors are nice. The apartment set up is perfect for me. I live by myself and I enjoy my peaceful living. I have a little yard for my little dog. It’s absolutely great.

She is professional, kind, patient, and always willing to help. She consistently handles everything with care, respect, and genuine concern for the residents. Autumn Romero and KMS Enterprises, LLC are way more than 5 star quality! If we could give them 10 stars we would, hands down! My husband and I have been rental tenants since November 1, 2017. Yes, 2017!!!!!! We couldn't be happier with the quality of our rental, and the excellent customer service we have received from Autumn. We never had to worry about anything! Our rental home is the best! It's clean, comfortable, all appliances, and everything is top notch. From my own experience I will never buy a home from KMS again. After I bought it, there were all sorts of issues. A shower head leak (plumber tape was installed incorrectly), unsecured toilet that caused water damage, a bathtub faucet that was ejected across the tub because it wasn't secured with a screw underneath (I was lucky my legs weren't in the way), and using grout instead of caulk in the wrong areas. Those were just some of the bathroom issues. They did ultimately fix some of these issues, but it took a lot of demanding and other methods to finally get them to do it. Just remember, it might looks like a nice shiny, home but there are some stuff you're learned wasn't done right. I'm no official handyman, but after owning a home for a bit, you start to see that they hire contractor

Denise was absolutely amazing. We had our lease at our previous rental cancelled on us due to water damaged caused by a pipe bursting due to landlord negligence. We we're given a very short amount of time to vacate the previous rental. We contacted KMS and Denise got us into a new rental in record time and made the process so simple, she was so sweet the entire time. Thank you, Denise, for all of your help!
