In my experience, KMG Prestige bears responsibility for the conduct of the renovation teams operating at Setters Pointe Townhomes. Throughout the renovation process, we have experienced repeated property damage and unprofessional conduct connected to Ginosko and its crews. Personal belongings were handled beyond what residents were instructed to move. As a result, our infant’s toy was damaged, a standing cabinet was chipped, and a closet door was completely removed from its hinges and left detached inside our unit — creating a safety hazard. When concerns were raised about how future damage would be prevented, the response was aggressive and dismissive rather than solution-oriented. I have lived her for 6 years we have had several mangers and maintenance. When I moved in the apartment was not painted or clean blinds because they thought the cigarette smoker was so clean. They won’t fix the crack in my front door so it gets a breeze in my living room so I stay in my bedroom it’s warmer. I have ghosting all over my walls have been told they were going to paint and never have. My bills go up for this place but not much gets fixed or keeps breaking.

Have been living in their apartments for over three years, and since management change, have been constantly harassed and threatened by the office. KMG has responded to zero of my emails or calls, and when confronted face to face, told me they’d break laws in order to cause me and my family harm.

This is buy far the worst place, ever, I'm putting my rent in escrow account, they lie here, do not do anything, act belittling, pit resident's against each other, I could go on an on, bullying, breaking the law's, disregarding senior's disabilities, actually mocking them. Time to make a stand. Done with this unactable treatment.

We are a contractor that is owed money and KMG will not pay us! Have sent over 5 invoices and magically the contacts keep changing..... We did the roof for KMg in April and now it is December!!!
