Kathleen and the entire KK Homes Team really hit it out of the park for us. Their plan for marketing our house, knowledge on all aspects of the market, and guidance through the entire process was phenomenal. The resources they have at their disposal really make a huge difference. We had multiple offers and were under contract 24 days after signing with KK Homes. We were closed 35 days later. The communication from Kathleen, Hillary and the whole KK Team was fast and thorough. If anything came up, Kathleen was on top of it and always had a solution. We are very thankful to have had them working with us! Five stars is not enough!

KK Homes made us homeless In a good way. Kathleen and her team are the nicest realtors I’ve ever met. I haven’t met many, and of the two realtors I know on a first name basis one of them never paid me the agreed $20 to mow her lawn, but that wasn’t Kathleen. Kathleen sold my house fast. She’s like Vin Diesel if the fast and furious movies were about selling houses instead of street racing, stealing DVD players, and being contracted by the government to save the world. But I bet Kathleen could do all of those things too. The only thing that slowed Kathleen down was my timeline. Whenever the ball was in her court she got things done. She made selling our house easy and as stress-free as such a stressful experience could be. I would give ten stars if I could.
