Kit Management is the most unprofessional company I have ever rented from. Expect to always get ignored and never helped. They expect you to service your own homes and the leasing agents barely know how to be professional. 0/10 I would not recommend to rent from this company

These ppl are not to be trusted! I rented from them for 2 years would have been 1 but due to personal circumstances I signed another lease. They let me live in my unit for 48 days with no heat and exposed wires. I told them that I wasn’t staying in the unit due to no heat no to mention I went the whole month of August with no air. I was paying my rent late because I wasn’t staying there and they wasn’t fixing anything. When they discovered I wasn’t resigning my lease Kit management waited 1 month b4 my lease was up and filed an eviction against me for late rent gave the court false paperwork knowing that they did not put a notice on my door. I paid my rent late several of times and this never happened. I contacted them over 30 times trying to pay my rent and refused to take my money. I wil

Issue was reported last night and it's been fixed by 10am. We are very satisfied with the quick response. I came back to add we have lived going on our third year. We are about to renew our lease for the third time and have no intention on leaving anytime soon.

Just moved in over the weekend. Beautiful and clean apartment. The whole application process was fast and smooth. Kit Management is awesome! Everyone is super helpful in the office.
