Very poor communication. Debbie West was not helpful in providing information, was not patient and understanding of my specific situation. She was not willing to work hard for us but rather was focused on an easier sale.

Some of the highlights of our experience: 1. They worked with us to truly understand our price point and helped us locate properties that would fit both our budget and our housing needs. 2. Prior to showing us houses, they took the time to research each property, drive by and ensure that THEY were happy with what they were seeing, and helped filter out properties that had issues that weren't evident from the listing. Kit and Debbie provided us with red carpet service. They were upfront, honest, highly efficient, and thoroughly prepared us for the 2022 real estate market. They truly listened to our needs and gave us listings that fit what we were looking for. Every moment spent with them was productive. We are beyond thrilled with our wonderful new home. Kit and Debbie went above and beyond and we are grateful for their expertise, clear communication, and kind words. 5 stars isn't enough!

Kit is completely unprofessional! After being almost impossible to get in touch with for information on my lease, he was nothing but disrespectful. After a series of calls ending with him hanging up on me, he told me to "never contact him again" even with me still having an active lease! I will make sure to inform any family/friends to not use this company in the future while he is working. Such a shame!

We would never buy or sell a house with anyone else. Kit always respond and gave us honest feedback that we truly appreciated during both the buying and selling process.
