Kirkpatrick Park Apartments

Maintenance staff (Ace) fraternizing with tenants. Unprofessional going in units without uniform and proper identification during work hours. Off duty socializing with tenants causing safety issues. This behavior is inappropriate and unethical creating a hostile environment.

I’ve been complaining about one of the maintenance technicians harassing and stalking me for years making my home unsafe and uncomfortable. He is always on the property day night weekends and on observed holidays. He uses vacant and occupied units to intimidate and violate my rights privacy and safety. He waits to tenants leave to enter units without a 24 hour notice to break and steal things. My civil, human, and tenant rights have been violated. I’ve called the police a few times and took MDHA to court and still being violated.

I wanted to take this time to write a review hoping to omit any bias. From the initial point of of contact, Ms. Sonya Jackson, the leasing agent, and what I believe is the property manger as well was very responsive and promptly returned any and all of my voicemails if she was unable (which is hardly ever). She showed me nothing but love and professionalism and I owe her nothing but gratitude. This complex, has built a great reputation for itself. I mean, you really have to visit the property!! It is beyond beautiful! I can tell, that the residents that live here (as me) take great appreciation for their homes. Kirkpatrick Park Apartments is in the heart of East Nashville and is literally minutes and even some within walking distance to local restaurants, grocery stores, downtown Nashville

Where should I start....first the lack of communication from Ms. Jackson and the property manager (I forgot his name) is down right unprofessional. I literally had to mention how no one communicates and now she is trying to do better after seven months of living on the property. Next, the air in my apartment was out for over a week, it took Maintence and Ms.Jackson multiple attempts of saying it was fixed and it wasn’t (this is the second apartment I’ve lived in on the property). Also, the same thing happened at the first apartment I had in the property as well. Last but not least the noise from my neighbors has been miserable...between the loud music,kids, high traffic all through the day and night its unbearable. Yes, Kirkpatrick (KP) is affordable, but remember this a subsides living

I've been living in these apartments since they first opened them. Let's be honest on here y'all..... within the first summer of these apartments opening up, it was so many ppl who air wasn't working. Once winter came....same issue with the heat. Unfortunately, still an on going probably today. January 15, 2024, my heat has been out since 7:15pm. It is now 11:52pm and no one has came out to bring my three year old daughter, asthmatic 15 yr old son, and I heaters or nothing!!!! I've called six times since my first call at 7:25. I keep getting told no one is answering etc. we will keep trying. The maintenance supervisor himself has not contacted me!!!!!! I understand the weather is bad, but they have a job to do still.
