The 2 reviewers that are posted on this site have never lived at KP Apts. I have been there 6 1/2 yrs... it is the worst place I 've ever lived. 3 management companies in less than 6 yrs each 1 worse than the last. The non profit that owns KP and 13 other properties is from the 7th level of Hell. Too much to talk about on a Google review but you don't want to live here, Though at least it would be a roof over your head. DOESN'T DESERVE 1 STAR! IH SHOULD BE THOROUGHLY INVESTIGATED & THE GUILTY HELD ACCOUNTABLE!
