Kirin Apartments

If I didn't have a change in job situation, I wouldn't have moved. Management is very responsive and super on top of things whenever concerns are brought up, such as regarding noise complaints when someone was lifting weights at 1am in the gym. Maintenance is very responsive as well. Neighbors are all very nice and friendly, and the area around the apartment is very safe for Seattle. Even though the apartment is within walking distance to the Seattle Center, no noise from there reaches the apartment. The gym is on the smaller side, but there usually aren't many people there and there is also a gym literally across the street. I recently had the opportunity to stay at Kirin apartment in Seattle, and overall, I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Here are the highlights of my stay: - Location: The apartment is ideally situated in a vibrant neighborhood of Seattle. It's close to popular attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it convenient to explore the city. Additionally, public transportation options are easily accessible, allowing for easy travel to other parts of Seattle. - Spacious and Well-Appointed: The apartment itself was spacious and well-designed. The living areas were tastefully furnished, and the bedroom provided a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances, which made it convenient to prepare meals during my stay. - Cleanliness and Maintenance:

I lived at Kirin for 2 years without a single complaint. Great location, great building, great apartment at a good price. I only moved because I was switching neighborhoods, would absolutely live here again if I move back to Lower Queen Anne.

If you are looking for a great place to live in the lower Queen Anne area, Kirin should be at the top of your list of options. The building is well maintained, very quiet, and the common area and rooftop views are exceptional!

Lived here for a year the first year they opened. It is a luxury apartment with a beautiful rooftop and modern appliances and units. I LOVE that they have and utilize the community app!!! That is what I miss the most because it would be residents helping people be aware of activity on the street or simply sharing that there is free food in the lobby. The gym is small unfortunately and doesn’t have weights. Everything is kept very clean. We did have issues with mail being stolen due to people tailgating or however else so I hope they be on stricter with that. My car was also broke into inside the resident garage and I wasn’t really helped at all by the apartment but they did get photos of the guy, but it’s a matter of how did he even get in?? Anyway, loved my unit, was on the 5th floor
