Kirby Village Apartments

I recently moved into my apartment and have had a great experience so far. Laura made the entire process incredibly easy from start to finish. She genuinely cares about her tenants and is truly a pleasure to work with. She was responsive, helpful, and made move-in feel smooth and stress-free. The apartments are quiet, which I really appreciate, and everything was very clean at move-in. So far, I haven’t had any issues at all. I’m really happy with my decision to move here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a well-managed, peaceful place to live.

The complex has been great so far. We moved in during a blizzard and we already saw a large group of workers shoveling our sidewalk and driveway. Laura the property manager has been wonderful, welcoming, and very resourceful. She’s been so helpful during the moving process!

We had a great experience working with Laura as our leasing agent. From the very beginning, she was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to understand what we were looking for and made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free.

We applied to Kirby Village around the first week of November. We first met with Laura and she gave us a phenomenal tour. After going no on multiple visits with other locations, we were sold from the moment visited Kirby. Laura was extremely welcoming and loving. She was more than happy to answer all of our questions and gave us reassuring answers to any concerns we had about our personal application process. We are so blessed that we have been able to work with Laura and Megan while now calling Kirby Village our new home!

I want to start by saying that Laura in the leasing office is amazing. She has always been friendly, responsive and genuinely helpful whenever we’ve interacted with her. Unfortunately, our experience with management has been very disappointing. During the cold weather this year, several units in the complex experienced pipes bursting. Because of this, property management instructed us to run an electric heater located in our entranceway of our unit to help keep the area warm. The heater is wired to our apartment’s electric meter and we would not have been running it if property management had not instructed us to do so.
