This is the 3rd house we have had built, and the first time with Kiracofe. We toured an open house but didn’t know anything about the builder, but took a chance anyways. This experience was so different than the other builds. Everything that was an expensive upgrade with the other builders was standard at Kiracofe, and the detailed questions they asked during the process assured me we were going to get everything just the way we wanted. Chad was always available to answer questions and to make sure we were happy with the progress, and at the end, Gunner and Dustin made sure it was all finished up perfectly. Our journey started last spring (2025). We were never interested in building. We started our house-buying process, scheduled some walk-throughs, and went to a few open houses when we came across a newer build, by Kiracofe, and fell in love with the layout, but not the location and it was not comfortably within our budget. So we did some research and scheduled a meeting with Kiracofe. They were ready with the layout of the house we had been in and, together, we were all able to make changes to make the home our own and within budget, even adding some sq footage and an additional 1/2 bathroom. Partnering with Kiracofe Homes to build our dream home was an incredibly positive experience for us, and we could not be more pleased with our custom-built home! We were fortunate enough to meet Erin Poiry (who made a fabulous first impression!) at an open house in mid-January. Honestly, we had never thought about building our own home before speaking with Erin that day. From making little changes to big ones Dylan was great to work with and was always up front about any concerns and costs. I valued his honesty and commitment to making our dream home just what we envisioned.
