**A warning to future tenants: misleading ratings, inflated charges, and unfair treatment** I lived in a 2-bedroom here for over a year, and while I don’t usually leave long reviews, the way this complex handled my move-out made it clear that tenants are seen more as revenue than as actual residents. Unfair rent pricing: When my initial lease ended and I switched to month-to-month while searching for a new place, my rent shot up to over $2,700/month. At the same time, the same exact floor plan was being advertised on their website for around $2,100/month. Even the lowest rent I ever paid was $2,600. Kinsley Yard is such a vibe!! The amenities are amazing, the landscape is super pretty, and the inside of the apartments literally feel like home! I am especially obsessed with the party in a box area that they offer to their residents for private parties, to be honest, all of the nooks and crannies at this community are 10 out of 10, even the manager Crystal was great, very warm and welcoming! Icing on the cake.. tons of places within walking distance to grab a bite to eat or cocktail!!

They randomly decided to start enforcing assigned parking and have a tow truck driver driving around looking for cars to tow without being called. I moved out after they made changes which were really inconvenient for us the residents. I left the apartment ready to be shown and moved into and they still found a way to withhold my whole deposit. There’s no point in getting the apartment move in ready when you move out as they will still keep your whole deposit it’s a scam they said the walls needed to be painted even though they were spotless. They are overpriced and you end up paying more than what your rent is supposed to be due to RUBS charges. Crystal is terrible as well she had zero leadership skills.

if once make a lease aggrement people will stuck in there web. staff was too rude nd if someone wanna move out they don’t let you go or have to pay full rent. also they charge for paint even there is no mess nd drawing on wall.

*Detailed review. Very over priced! I lived at Kinsley for about 2 years. I moved into a three bedroom, third floor unit while they were still building. I loved how new everything was and well managed! Jessica and Isabel kept operations running smoothly and had fun activities to bring a sense of community for the residents! The unit overlooked the pool and was quite noisy as the walls are very thin. Once a first floor unit was available, I transferred. It was nice not having stairs but otherwise I would not recommend a first floor unit. BUGS. From centipedes, earwigs, beetles, and cockroaches. Everyday there would be countless bugs crawling around the floors. There is no caulking between the base boards and floors so they crawl inside through the walls. The office said the cockroaches come
