Overall, we are happy with our space. It was refinished for us. Everything works as it should and if it didn't they fixed it right away. Neighbors are all friendly & respectful. The staff was very helpful and friendly. My two criticisms would be: 1.) Property maintenance. Parking lot/landscaping. For the price of rent, it shouldn't have degraded roadways and better upkeep of landscaping IMO. 2.) Lack of common amenities. Most luxury apartment rentals with similar price point have a gym, pool, clubhouse, etc.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Garden community. Over the course of two months, my washer was not repaired despite multiple requests. Additionally, even though we informed the management three months in advance about our move-out date, they failed to return our one-month security deposit. The customer service was equally frustrating. Two women who work in the office were consistently impolite and unhelpful, making it even more challenging to resolve our issues. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of responsiveness is unacceptable. I would not recommend Units Apartments to anyone looking for a well-maintained and professionally managed place to live. The worst part was when we were charged an additional about $300 for reasons that were never clearly explained. This

The property manager is the most rudest person I have ever dealt with while living in this community. She don’t even have ounce of idea how to have pleasant conversation with renters. They charge you nearly 3000 dollars for those old 2 bedroom apartments but don’t even provide stainless steel appliances.

DONT MOVE HERE!!! TERRIBLE APARTMENT COMPLEX. We moved into the freshly renovated apartment they are now offering. We had no air condition for 6 weeks during the hottest days of the summer. We had no hot water for 2 weeks during the winter. Maintenance is very slow and the leasing office is a nightmare to deal with. There were rodents living in the walls clawing and running around in the ceilings, trying to make their way into the apartment. There is ZERO parking and the spots are not designated. The water pressure absolutely sucks! DONT MOVE HERE!

It’s dog friendly however I wish if there was fenced dog area. In addition I would like to see Tesla chargers as well. It seams like there are some Tesla owners in the community. We need to drive away just to charge the cars.
