Property agency has came out many times to take pictures but never have resolved anything for me. I have made a complaint to the city. They are now talking about letting me leave from my lease almost 2 years later after so many bad living conditions reported they have told me that they would let me leave, but they do not give me written information stating that lawyers are involved in the city of Charlotte

So kinley properties just randomly sold key st apartments and the new owners kinley residential doesn't have a number or website because they share the same information on Google maps. You have to email them to talk apparently smh. I travel for work so this is very inconvenient because I'm not sure if they use a rental portal to be able to pay. I even typed the address on Google maps to see the building and nothing is updated.

I've lived here for 3 years the first year was good the following two years have been horrible. They have no communication skills, no Amenities especially if you have children super horrible place to live kids can't even draw on the sidewalk with chalk. My ac unit broke they did not want to fix it and it was summer time I had to threaten to take legal action if they wouldn't fix the problem. We haven't been able to use the pool the last two summers and including this summer, we can no longer use the tennis court witch they have sold. If you put in a maintenance request they take forever, painted over mold , water leaks from upstairs bathroom to kitchen area. RENTER BEWARE: The most unprofessional and worst communicating business I have ever worked with. I rented a property through this company for three years in Dilworth. I found the Kinley staff, for which I worked with two property management representatives, to be the RUDEST and least helpful people. You'd think that they would have had the human decency to communicate professionally with the people that pay thousands of dollars a month in rent, but they do not. The property received fine notices from the city because they did not manage the lawn care with any consistency or in a timely manner. Santana Pringles has an horrible attitude and is very unprofessional. You can immediately tell during a conversation with them that they do not enjoy interacting with people. They should not be the first point of contract or any point of contact for that matter.
