Been here for almost 2 years. The dumpster is constantly overflowing with trash and getting all over the parking lot. Maintenance is an absolute joke, there's a cockroach problem, and let's ignore the false advertising of a pool that has NEVER been open and they're now tearing down instead of "repairing". Oh and the laundry room, yeah they lock that after standard business hours aka when you're finally home from work. The 5 star reviews I can 100% verify are fake and spam *edit* added pic so you can see a common sight, and yes you can smell it from the street

Do NOT move here. It is infested with roaches, drug addicts and homeless people sleeping at our door wanting to come sleep inside our apartment. There is no nice scenery around and no central air conditioning or heath, nowhere to do laundry and no fish washer or garbage disposal. The rent should be $100 per month instead of $1,000 per month. It'd honestly not even worth $100 per month.

Roaches, mold , homeless- crack heads sleeping in the parking lot. My oven literally sparks fire when you turn it on and they still haven't replaced it and it's been a whole year now!! The apartments has a pool that they don't allow us to swim in. They haven't fix anything I requested. Then to top it all off they raised the Rent!!! Update on property problems, they gave me a “eviction” after I told the lady in the office that I was leaving, and asked her did she need anything else from and she asked for the key. I gave her the key and told her that the door was locked and I left. A month later my neighbor called me and said I had an eviction notice on my door. I was done with my year lease and was doing month to month instead of a year lease. I paid the month that I was staying there and e

***NEW REVIEW**** The mail boxes are being broken into and locks change with no notice. Don't bother calling the office the number is disconnected. Not only that but the uneducated girls that sometimes answer give nothing but attitude. MANAGEMENT IS TRASH ANA IS HER NAME. THEY HAVE ZERO RESPECT FOR TENANTS Talk about low budget. I've been here 2 years and the new owner is terrible. NO lights in the parking lot very scary for a woman and her baby. Homeless people sleeping in the parking lots. Trash piles up for DAYS AT A TIME ROACHES EVERYWHERE I had to pay OUT OF MY POCKET to have my place bugged coz they do not make work orders. Horrible if I could give less than one star I would

FORGET ALL THE REVIEWS BEFORE MINES! Because Martin is the new property manager since like March 2023. He's gone above & beyond, working late/after hours. I keep telling the old management that I needed maintenance done, name transferred or accommodations.. it took them over a year & Martin did it in less than a week! I hope he stays but I honestly don't blame him if he doesn't because he's too good for this old place.. haha! But hopefully he can change this place around & make it look more modern & amazing just like him😀
