Kingstown Colony Apartments

The PROPERTY MANAGER, Shannon, is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON I have ever dealt with. I applied for an apartment a week before Christmas 2024, and I was approved, cool. The application fee was $25 (which I paid card) and the security deposit was $300 (money order). No big deal. I was told that I would receive my security deposit back if I did not sign for the place but that was not the case. There were no places available for me to walkthrough at that time so she said she would reach out after the holidays sometime within the first week of January. I had to end up calling her on Monday Jan 13 and we scheduled for Friday Jan 17. She told me what my prorated amount for the first month was going to be as well as the last months rent. I’ve lived here over five years and If I’ve had any types of problems, they’ve been taken care of, and I don’t have any issues.

Rented here for 3 years. It’s apartment life so yes there will be shared walls but we’ve managed well with children. It’s prime location for Maryville city schools, close to shopping, close to parks and walking distance to the Greenbelt. Quiet neighborhood. We’ve enjoyed the saltwater pool during the summer months and ease of the laundry facility when we had trouble with our washing machine. Any maintenance problems were always handled quickly. I have rented at several different places and would choose this complex again over others. Price is reasonable for such a prime location in the city limits. Front office can be stern but honestly you want that when living in apartments in order to have a safe and reputable environment, especially with children.

Worst apartment ever lived in. Not sure if manager still there named Linda....what a two faced witch. Never got our deposit back said burn in carpet it was chocolate. Said bath tub peeled. That's not our fault and reported it that tub paint was coming off. My sister was sick when living there and died as has my mom.

Terrible customer service, I called to speak with the office and the most hateful employee answered. All I wanted was some information about a unit, but right then and there I decided this is not somewhere I should spend my hard earned money. It is a wonder how they keep tenants with the unprofessional staff that works there. Ill pay extra for better customer service. Don't stay here!!!!!!!
