Kingston Port

If I could give zero stars, I would. Kingston Port Apartments is by far the most disgusting place I’ve ever lived. The walls are literally filled with mold, and management/maintenance knows about it but chooses to do nothing except slap paint over it and pretend it’s “fixed.” The smell seeps through, the air feels damp and gross, and it’s impossible to ignore. The pool and laundry facilities? Infested with cockroaches. You can’t even wash your clothes without seeing roaches crawling around, and the pool area is no better—completely unsanitary and embarrassing for a complex that people pay actual money to live in. Management is fully aware of these issues and simply does not care. They do the bare minimum to cover things up instead of addressing them, all while collecting rent from tenant

Would not recommend. You have to call and keep asking about things to get done about 10 or more times. Front office never knows what’s going on unless you specifically talk to apartment manager. I have been told multiple times by employees. The owners are cheap. When I moved in it was supposed to be move in ready. But when we moved in we had to clean the whole apartment. There was algae half way up both sliding doors. Spider webs everywhere. Food stains in kitchen outlets left dirty and stained no touch up paint was used. Restroom has smoker stains on ceiling of bathroom.

I just moved in I got to say the front office is fantastic the ladies in the front have helped me with anything I have needed or had questions about they are on point and prompts you getting back to you I do appreciate everything they have done so far and making it such a good first week there was a little minor incident with an outlet but they are on it and getting to it and I have let me know all my information they are not leaving me in the dark like some places I have lived before or just not getting back to me they have been on point about everything I appreciate both the ladies in the front and the maintenance man for doing what they need to do to let me know that they care about their place of work and play I live. Such a beautiful apartment complex with even more beautiful management. I went apartment shopping and found myself visiting this complex where I was greeted by Lorena who works in the leasing office. Lorena made my experience just absolutely amazing as well as Stefanie by providing the best service and information regarding the community and complex. I would highly recommend living here if you are looking for an apartment with management that will make you feel seen and heard.

They have rats in unit, water leaks, maintenance does not ever come even though situation has been addressed. There are water leaks creating mold. Management needs to be under investigation. Poor living environment. I wish my lease would end sooner.
