After the previous community manager was replaced and new on site came aboard the overall living experience has changed noticeably. Under the former manager communication felt balanced and respectful, and there was a stronger sense of stability within the office. Since the leadership change there has been noticeable turnover and a significant increase in compliance emails sent multiple times per week. While policies are necessary effective property management also requires driving performance, strong interpersonal leadership, relationship building, and visible engagement within the community. Recently, communication has felt more enforcement driven than resident focused which has shifted the overall atmosphere of the property. Residents want to feel comfortable coming home not concerne

Update: Including the communication that was sent the day prior to the tow. As someone who has been a resident through the shift in property management and manager transitions. I am disappointed with my recent experience at Kingsley at Shadow Creek Ranch. Having a resident’s vehicle towed from the property where they live feels excessive. Communication was sent the day before the vehicle was towed reminding residents of the vehicle and towing policy. Even with that notice the enforcement felt excessive. Since Allison assumed leadership there has been a noticeable departure in management approach. Kingsley is the best place to live especially because I had an amazing experience thanks to Kate in the leasing office. She was incredibly welcoming, professional, and helpful from start to finish. She answered all of my questions with patience and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s clear she truly cares about the residents and takes pride in her work. Thank you, Kate, for making everything such a positive experience! wish I could put 10 stars but only 5 is allowed lol

Poor construction quality, if you want some peace or a place to rest, this is not the right complex for you. I can hear anything from neighbor's apartments. If there is any party, you have to go too. The security system is pretty bad, my husband's car tires were stolen, and the administration said that the complex is not responsible for the security, and for that reason they do not have security cameras. Last Saturday, when working people is supposed to rest, the yard maintenance started at 7:30 am. We couldn't rest that morning. I think the price is high and take a look at the following pictures, that is the entrance of our building that is not worth for the price that we pay. People, I don't know if they are residents or visitors, park whereever they want, they don't respect handicapped

Lived here for a year and can attest to how loud the complex is, you won’t get rest or peace here. Walls are extremely thin and everything from dogs, to the grass being cut early in the morning. The fees are high and will increase, I had to have a dishwasher and front door lock changed within the time I spent here. No elevators, The gates are constantly broken, and package locker system often down. I had the same bugs appear after months of spraying, paying $5 monthly for nothing..there also is a clicking noise in the bathroom walls everytime I use the water. Erin, AJ, Devin, and Stephanie were all very responsive and helpful but are all gone. New management is more focused on hosting events as opposed to assisting residents. Good luck with a timely email response or phone call.
