Kingsley and Company

This company is so bad I ran out of space. As this review is going to be long, I'll try to highlight different points in all CAPS. Please save yourself the mental anguish and frustration and pay that extra money for a better home. As pretty as these units seem, the lack of proper management ruins the stainless steel appliances. This has been the most STRESSFUL living situation I've ever been in. I moved here a year ago and right off the bat I could tell something wasn't right. They were sweet and attentive up until they took our money and then it was radio silence. The day we moved, we sat outside for over an hour waiting because they didn't give us a code and wouldn't answer their maintenance or office lines. Kingsley and Co has provided a very pleasant living experience. I have been living here in one of there properties on Helen St for over 2 years. The property is very well kept and maintained. They are fully remodeled and perfect for me as a 70 year old senior. All the Kingsley employees I've met or ran into are very pleasant and professional. Especially Becky and few others. Have never had to complain about anything since I've been living there. The pictures posted in other reviews were during the week of move outs and was taken care of immediately.

Shame on you for doubling the rent for elderly in affordable housing! I hope you get everything coming to you and more!!!
