Carlos is an awesome maintenance man! He was in and out of the unit in less than 10 minutes, for 3 separate maintenance requests! Super friendly and kind with fast service :)

The only reason I'm not giving this place 1 star is because the ladies in the front have truly been sweet to my wife and I. Other than that its absolutely insane it's been taking these people 4 months to listen to us about the dryer not working or needed to be fixed... We have a newborn and expressed our concern with not being able to do laundry to the maintenance teams multiples times. The dryer has burnt our clothes (causing a fire hazard for us and the whole building) and not been able to be in use since the date of move in. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do something about the ongoing issues that still havent been resolved, we pay good money for the amenities and should not have to do laundry at a coin matt or drive to my parents house. The property is beautiful but be careful cause I was not

Yesterday residents received an email about the property beginning to charge for valet trash bins left outside the unit, when we are now two days having issues with water around rent time which is insensitive. As someone who has just gotten home from work, to be met with a yellow - brown colored toilet and no working water is unacceptable. Management sent out an email stating that we needed to contact the City of Houston sunday night and that this issue was not on them. The water as of right now is not on and working. Really wish this matter was more of importance to their residents instead of the constant emails telling us the property water isn't an issue.

I went to get information about the apartments ahead of time and Flor was very helpful and kind. When my contract finishes, I will definitely return to this community.
