Kingsbridge Apartments

I just moved into this apartment this week and have experienced several issues in the first 12 hours. Currently, as of 8:14 pm, there was loud hammering and banging from contractors above our unit installing new carpet. This was my first night sleeping in the apartment, and the noise continued late into the evening. I called the landlord at 1:54 pm to ask for an estimate of when the work might be finished. The response I received was that they did not have an estimate. I also asked if they could communicate with the contractors to get an update, but was told that they usually don’t provide advance notice for such work. The new carpet also made it more difficult for movers to get furniture and boxes into my unit safely, and there were exposed nails in some areas that could be a safety haza

Excellent from the team, good communication and speed in my process to answer all our questions. The area is very quiet and always clean and there is a lot of order by the administration in the community. My rental process was excellent, they answer all your questions and they are always attentive to any communication you have with them. We are for work in Chesapeake VA, and this has been a very good place since we arrived with my family safe and there is a lot of comfort and privacy here. I have really recommended it to more people and would continue to recommend it. 🏡❤️

Recently move in here and I love it so far. The office staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I was on a wait list since March but it was worth it. The rent is a little on the high side but competitive to the area. Leah helped me through the entire process and was very communicative. I’m thankful to be in such a safe place. My neighbors are friendly and quiet and parking is not a problem.

Team was very friendly. Definitely make tenants feel welcome to the community. Great customer service. Especially Tarahgee Hargrove, putting in efforts to make move in process easy for me. 10 out of 10.

The parking situation at Kingsbridge Apartments is terrible. Not enough spaces for residents, and guests barely have anywhere to park. Very frustrating.
