Kings River Title

Kings River is my 'go to' Title company in Arkansas. I have used them numerous times, and the results were always professional and timely. Kings River has gone 'above and beyond' to provide service to both the seller and the buyer. I will continue to call Kings River Title for my real estate transactions.

Foolishly I have used King’s River on more than one occasion. Advice: Spend an extra $50-$100 and use someone competent and polite. Aside from the receptionist, this place is ran by rude people who don’t know how to communicate and despite making an appointment a month out, they postponed my closing less than a week prior. When asked for help with directions on wiring which typically entails steps, I received a sheet with information on it. Directions, as someone who has not only assembled and cooked things but has two graduate degrees, gives a step by step process. When trying to resolve the issue I was treated disdainful and then told to just go to my bank. I won’t make the mistake of using them again nor should anyone else.

We have had two closings with King's River Title. The people were pleasant and efficient. Everything was easy and fast. Thanks!
