Kings Place Apartments

I am moving here the end of the month and Rachel has been such a pleasure working with! She’s kind, professional and is really passionate about what she does! She advocates for her tenants, and ensures you have what you need to make this place home. I have a newly remodeled townhouse and I love it! Excited to see how living here will be. We had high hopes for this place, the management (Rachel) is amazing and the maintenance team was super nice, the area was ok and the apartment was really roomy, but it came with problems. The first month living in the townhome style we had so many maintenance issues that got dragged out on being fixed - like a leak in the ceiling that was just originally painted over until it started leaking again and finally fixed after 3 more leaks came up. Problems with plumbing upstairs where when the toilet would flush it would back up into the bathtub (nasty and scarring- when it was being fixed maintenance left literal poop water -with pieces- and the toilet IN the bathtub overnight) - and it got 'fixed' but we still had plumbing problems periodically because it wasn't done right the first time. I have nothing but good things to say about my Kings Place apartment. My maintenance worker, Jose is professional, and very friendly. I never feel like I am "bothering" him. When I call with an issue it is addressed right away. My office Manager Candy, is professional, thorough, and friendly. She is knowledgeable about the rules qnd if she doesn't have the answer she will look into it in order to give me an answer. Since I have moved in I have had two neighbor who had mental issues. The staff worked together to help alleviate the problem. I would gladly recommend living here to anyone. I just wish that Keystone could work with someone like myself on disability in being able to move my rental payment date to the second week of the month.

Me & my family really love the kings place development. The neighborhood is quiet, our place is renovated, and the leasing and maintenance team are amazing. They make living here very easy. I highly recommend this neighborhood if you want a place that’s updated with space.

I've been living in Kings Place for almost 2 years now and I love it. It's peaceful and clean. The maintainence guy Jose is very quick to fix any issue I have. Office admin is great as well.
