Kings Glen Apartments

This place has had at least six different managers.they dont fix shit....porch light has been out for over 2 yrs.....the parking lot lights are barely working, so at night time is so very dark. It's been at least 2 killings,shootouts...They told us the apartments are shifting. they renovated some apartments, so rent is high high.... Oh, it's squatters living in a lot of the abandoned apartments! 🚫🛑 Don't Do It 🏃🏾‍♂️‍➡️!!!

Very grateful for this apartment for first time moving/living in Atl. Lived here for a little over 2 years and rarely had problems. Bugs were a problem but I controlled it. Pretty quiet and packages were always untouched if left outside. Parking always. Kitchen appliances were great! But only central heat not air. Felt safe and comfortable. Long story short, I made the most on what was given to me and loved it here. I have no complaints. Thanks for the stay.

The place needs to be closed down theres a lot of roaches rats and the landlord doesnt fix nothing all he wants is rent and his water bill
