Kings Gardens

I have lived at KG for almost 8 years. I've always liked my choice for choosing KG for my home. Although in the beginning it was a little rough, but I feel there have been many improvements. The office staff is really friendly, attentive and concerned about your needs. Maintenence is at your fingertips. Buildings are kept clean by everyday cleaning staff and grounds well maintained. Not to mention the Apartments are very spacious. My only concern is the parking. Too many guest not utilizing the guest parking, leaving you parking away from your area. Otherwise, great place to live. One more feature, the staff did an excellent job during Snowcrete 2026. They cared enough to start digging and plowing us out from day 1.

We had a wonderful time at the Trick o treat event today! King’s Garden Apartments did a great job bringing the community together. Our kids really enjoyed it,thank you for organizing such a fun and thoughtful event!

Are you morally opposed to stopping at the stop sign whether there's a pedestrian crossing or not? Do you enjoy drunks wandering from 7-11 to their apartments and hanging around kids waiting for the school bus? Like stealing shopping carts and collecting them in the neighborhood? Then these are the apartments for you.

Got towed for parking in a commercial spot even though I have a resident sticker. They take up like 40 spots for Pango so they can charge guests for parking, but don’t have enough for residents. They also have 24/7 security that is useless. Two cars park right in front of front entrance and security does not call police to get them ticketed. This will probably cost someone’s life at some point. I can’t wait to move. Oh and let’s not talk about the roaches. Photo below of all the “visitor parking” visitor parking has to paid. $30 right off bat and then they refund you if you don’t stay 24 hours.

I had good and bad experiences here. The good were primarily maintenance related. For minor things that facility maintenance could handle, they were on it. They did have to hire an outside contractor for something and the contractor didn’t make it on the day they were supposed to. That’s not managements fault. Also had a couple good neighbors, though another neighbor was too loud very often. The bad was primarily parking related.
