Kings Crossing Apartments

I will be moving out soon. Future tenants be aware: - Do not lease 10018A CASTILE ROAD (Unit #18ACR). You do not want to be near Unit B!!!!! - Units A, B, and C were vacant for a long time, which indicate difficulties with these units. People would move in and out of these units due to giant roaches, broken appliances, and other issues.

The management at the leasing office are so friendly, willing to help and make sure they get to the bottom of any issues you have. Open to recommendations and feedbacks as well. They also have all the amenities to make sure living here is pleasure. A gym, a playground, pool for fun activities. It’s truly been a pleasure living here

My girlfriend and I are new residents in Richmond and we’re so glad we landed on Kings Crossing for our new home. While the application process was somewhat slow due to the high volume of applicants this time of year, we had the pleasure of working with Trey. He was very helpful despite being new to the Kings Crossing team and any questions or concerns that he wasn’t able to answer immediately were quickly addressed by a knowledgeable leasing agent. Overall we’re so excited to begin our new lives in richmond and we’re already feeling very safe, comfortable and welcome in our new home. Thanks again Trey!!!

I’m new to the complex, and yesterday my car was towed from a legal parking space. The management team went above and beyond to help me—they were supportive, responsive, and genuinely caring. Thanks to their efforts, I was able to get my car back at no charge. Their professionalism and dedication made what could have been a frustrating experience completely stress-free. I really appreciate how they rallied in my support and made me feel welcome.

Kings Crossing Apartments is a great place to live. The location is very convenient and the apartments are unusually large. The office staff is always ready to help with any request and the maintenance staff is superior! The are quick to respond to any maintenance emergency and are efficient,, knowledgeable and courteous! What could be better?
