King's Colony

I have been at Kings Colony since last year in May. Since the management change I have had NO ISSUES. Mrs. Jennifer answers the phone at the first ring when she can, and if she misses your call, she will call you right back no hesitations. She answers ALL of my questions and makes me feel safe in my old residence. She is so sweet, nice, and down to earth. She cares about her residents and how we live. I have seen great changes, and I hope to see more in the near future!

I’m very impressed with this conveniently located apartment complex and it’s employees. Office agent, Iyesia, was very kind and knowledgeable. She coached us, literally, all the way through the online application process, to the application deposit and first month’s rent. The complex is very neatly maintained and the apartment was clean. I saw NO BUGS, which is very important, to me. The entire area was quiet and peaceful...The maintenance man, Mike was kind and accommodating to me, as he spotted me, trying to locate the apartment, on the first day😍

Amazing hospitality! Property manager, Jennifer Hanson is very helpful, kind (emphasis on kind), professional, and an overall sweetheart to her community❤️ She’ll work with you to make sure you have the best experience and will do anything for you…within reason😉 I just moved here but it’s a very nice and quiet community.

I'm Charles Brown I've been with Kings county for 5 years since New Management she's always helping me out if I have a problem inside the house I'm at the apartment walks around let me know if I need anything you picking trash up I never saw an apartment manager do that she's a good manager I give up five stars she the best since I've been here so I just want to send a shout out to her thank you for coming and saving us at King's colony
