Worse experience ever in my life the. Kingdom first Reality really has left it’s mark on my experience in having my own home. The home caught on fire last Easter morning due to poor maintenance, old electrical wires that haven’t been checked on in years, and lack of effort. After this disaster, The landlord was no help and refused to give me my deposit so I could find somewhere to stay. Also the home had no smoke detectors I could’ve lost my life and the landlord had no sympathy.

Very unprofessional. Went with a realtor and contractor for this company. The realtor was extremely knowledgeable but would forget about scheduled viewings and lose important paperwork. The contractor was also a disappointment. A project that was supposed to take only 60 days at most, had taken about 226 days. In addition to that, I had to cover multiple expenses for things that was supposed to be in the budget. I could go on and on, but I will stop there. The contractor did not do right by me. I would not recommend this company to anyone

Kingdom First is a terrible realty company. You can submit a maintenance request and it takes days before it is taken care of with absolutely no communication whatsoever from the staff. The staff act as if they aren't aware that a maintenance request was submitted, although, I spoke with someone who confirmed that the request was received. Kingdom First also screens calls. I called both the office and manager from my phone and no one answered. I then called from another phone and they answer immediately. I do not recommend Kingdom First.

They are extremely unprofessional. I scheduled a viewing and NO ONE SHOWED OR CALLED TO CANCEL!!!! Even after the superior found out I was blatently stood up later that afternoon, I recieved no apology , and it wasnt until after I called their office, 2 days later that I even got the excuse that I did.

Worst Experience Ever. Will never rent from them again. Wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. The only positive thing I can say is, they have encouraged my family and I to own and not rent.
