Kinect @ Broadway

Kinect at Broadway is honestly a great place to live. The amenities are really well done and actually useful — clean, modern, and easy to enjoy on a day-to-day basis. It’s clear the property is well cared for. What really makes the difference is the staff. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and genuinely cares about the residents. Anytime you need something, they’re quick to respond and always pleasant to work with. The location couldn’t be better. You can walk to just about everything — restaurants, coffee shops, stores — which makes life so convenient. And if you want to get out for some fresh air or views, the waterfront is just a short drive away. Overall, it’s a comfortable, convenient place to live and I’d definitely recommend Kinect at Broadway.

The location is incredibly convenient, just minutes from highway I-5 and close to all the amenities you could need, including the train station. The apartments themselves are modern, spacious, and well-maintained. I especially love the 24x7 gym access – it’s a huge perk! The staff here is top-notch. Elizabeth and Maria at the front office are always so friendly, professional, and helpful. They go above and beyond every day and definitely deserve a raise for the incredible job they do! Living here has been a pleasure, and I highly recommend Kinect @ Broadway to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

I've visited the community several times and was blown away by how nice the homes and community spaces are. Their resident lounge is enormous and open until 10, so it's easy to pop down for a coffee, game of pool, or to watch the Olympics on one of the tvs. Some folks have complained about security, but it feels like the building/garage are as secure as any other in the area. While access is controlled, you still need to be mindful of not making your car an obvious target by keeping valuables or tools just sitting out. The site staff are super friendly!

All-in-all, decent enough for a new construction. Stay here for the view, location - and the gym. The staff is excellent and a good reflection of the institution, but otherwise it falls short of it's price point. Don't expect full uptime on elevators - and none on the EV chargers, as they have been broken the entire duration of my lease. There are additional "fees" added to rent, so budget an extra $200 over your rent price to accomodate.

Do NOT rent here! You will not receive your deposit back! I would absolutely not recommend renting here. Property management is unbelievably unprofessional and impossible to communicate with. My roommate and I had packages stolen from the mail room and were told by management that they did not believe that this had happened. After moving out in June, it took until just a few weeks ago to receive our deposit back. Property management ignored our emails, calls, voicemails, etc. It was impossible to contact anybody and we were never provided with a move out condition report and were charged for services that I’m certain we paid for at move out. My roommate ended up having to escalate our complains to a ridiculous level and show up in person to demand our deposit back. Overall, Kinect @ Bro
