Kindell Heights Apartments

I hate it here. The children have nothing to do so they run up and down the stairs making noise. My upstairs neighbor stomps around and plays her music too loud all of the time. She talks so loudly that I can hear her entire phone conversations. There is no playground for the kids to play in. I can feel the wind through my windows. There are gaps between the door and the wall where a strip of insulation should be placed and there isn’t. I tried to leave less than one star but google won’t let me. Management doesn’t care. The doors and cabinets doors are all hung improperly. They are hard to close.
