Long rant coming. Please stay away from this place. I didn’t appreciate management allowing my neighbors to harass me, the overflowing trash, the nights of loud music from neighbors, the smell of smoke from neighbors smoking weed and marijuana, hearing neighbors fight at all hours of the day and night, and management harassing me about my ESA animals, which is illegal. I was pestered so much from management calling me while I was at work, that my mental health was deeply affected and in turn affected my job performance, and I had to take extended time off work which affected me financially. Ultimately, my racist white neighbor cried to management about my guest, and I was given a non renewal notice. This same neighbor has been the culprit of multiple tenants of color being given non renew

If I could give this inhabitable place 0 stars I would. This was the 1st apartment I had ever lived in and my worst nightmare became my reality HERE. I’ve heard and read so many reviews of what people go through when living in an apartment and well MOLD was definitely on top of the list of others nightmares. Getting mold inside my unit was scary enough but having the maintenance team come and drill a hole in the ceiling, bleach the wall filled with mold and then proceed to paint over it was the scariest part of the nightmare I had been living in this apartment complex. The Mold broke out in October and it took them maybe a week to come on out and see what was wrong with my unit. When the maintenance guy came in he saw the mold and they found the source to be a leak coming from upstairs. He

This apartment complex has been really decent in my experience. Management is kind and thoughtful, and my only real issue has been with a few of my neighbors, but they no longer live here and I have gotten my peace of mind back. Rent is pretty cheap for the area and management really worked with me to get me a unit that I could meet rent requirements for. The good: - In unit washer and dryer! Yay! - The apartment looks nice enough (although you know how all apartments get the "landlord special," ie. gloopy white paint sprayed on hinges and switches). But they look modern and I am happy with that. - Nice little nature trail on the premises, pretty trees, all in all a nice looking place. - Within walking distance to a grocery store, restaurants, etc. - Some of my neighbors have been lovely!

If I could give this place NEGATIVE 5 stars I would. I want to first start off by saying this was my first place from moving from Jersey. I have had numerous of issues since moving in, all of them being addressed with the leasing office so I dare for them to respond to this post saying I didn’t. I’ve had issues with pest in my apartment on multiple occasions. They take out money for pest control every month with the rent and they don’t come every month. Then I had a leak in my apartment about 2 months ago and the maintenance man was rude as hell. Then when I addressed it to the office all they did was just apologize.
